Service & Scheduling Terms & Conditions
Choyce Cleaning LLC – Terms & Conditions of Services & Scheduling
Effective Date: March 1, 2025
By booking and using services provided by Choyce Cleaning LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Scope

Services include general and deep cleaning for residential and light commercial spaces, as well as laundry care.

Tasks will be completed as described at the time of booking. Any changes or additions must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.

All areas to be cleaned must be accessible, and excessive clutter or hazards may result in service modification or refusal.
2. Supplies & Equipment

Choyce Cleaning LLC provides all standard cleaning supplies and equipment.

Clients may request eco-friendly or specialty products in advance.

If client-supplied products are used, we are not responsible for any resulting damage.
3. Scheduling Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed via phone, text, or email.

A window of arrival time (typically 30–60 minutes) will be provided.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to the property during the scheduled time.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
-
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may be subject to a fee up to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows or failure to provide access may result in full service charges.
5. Payments
-
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

We accept cash, card, and digital payment options.

Invoices not paid within 24 hours may result in service delays or late fees.
6. Satisfaction & Re-Cleans

If you’re not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to re-clean the affected areas.

Refunds are not offered on completed services (see Refund Policy).
7. Liability & Limitations

We are not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper item labeling, or pre-existing issues.

All client property is handled with care, but Choyce Cleaning LLC’s liability is limited to 10 times the cost of the specific service related to a claim.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including unsafe environments, repeated cancellations, harassment, or non-payment.
9. Privacy
All client information is kept confidential and will never be shared or sold.
