Choyce Cleaning LLC provides residential and light commercial cleaning services, including laundry and kitchen cleaning. While we make every effort to deliver high-quality, professional service, we make no guarantees beyond what is expressly stated in our service agreements or terms and conditions.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All cleaning is performed to the best of our ability using standard industry practices.

  • Choyce Cleaning LLC is not liable for pre-existing damages, manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from client-provided instructions or materials.

  • Any advice or recommendations given by our staff are general in nature and do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice.

  • Service results may vary based on the condition of the space or items being cleaned.

  • Choyce Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse service, reschedule appointments, or revise service terms at any time.

Refund Policy - 

Choyce Cleaning LLC – Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2025

At Choyce Cleaning LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and to resolve any concerns quickly and professionally. Please review our refund policy below:

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued. However, if you are not satisfied with the results, we will make every reasonable effort to address the issue through a re-clean or service credit.

2. Re-Clean Requests

Clients must report any concerns or dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service completion. We may offer a one-time re-clean of the affected area(s) at no additional charge, depending on the situation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Free cancellation if made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations (under 12 hours) may result in a fee up to 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows or last-minute reschedules may result in full charge for the missed service.

4. Deposits

For large or special services, a deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable if the service is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
