Cancellation Policy

**Window Cleaning Service Terms & Conditions** 1. **Service Scope** Our Window Cleaning Service includes interior and exterior window cleaning, frame and sill cleaning, and spot/streak removal. This service covers standard windows; any special requests (e.g., high-rise windows, tinted glass) or additional services will incur extra charges. 2. **Booking & Payment** Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in the contract. Invoices will be issued after the service is performed, with payment terms generally set at 30 days. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or check. 3. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled cleaning time. Failure to notify us within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. 4. **Access to Property** Clients are responsible for providing access to the windows to be cleaned, including any areas that may be obstructed or difficult to reach. If access is restricted or unavailable, the service will be rescheduled, and additional fees may apply. 5. **Service Limitations** Our service includes cleaning of windows, frames, and sills. It does not cover tasks such as cleaning hard-to-reach windows above a certain height, repairs, or removal of screens unless specified. If additional services are required, they will be billed separately. 6. **Client Responsibility** Clients are responsible for securing any valuables or fragile items near the windows. We are not liable for any damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence. 7. **Weather Conditions** Window cleaning services may be postponed or rescheduled due to inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds) that would affect the safety of our cleaning crew or the quality of the service. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes due to weather conditions. 8. **Satisfaction Guarantee** If you are unsatisfied with the window cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address any issues at no additional charge, provided the issue falls within the scope of the original service. 9. **Liability** We are not liable for damage to windows, property, or belongings unless caused by our negligence during the cleaning process. Clients should ensure that any sensitive or fragile items are safely stored away from windows being cleaned. 10. **Term
