Our Residential Basic Cleaning service offers a thorough and efficient clean for your home, focusing on key areas to keep your space fresh and tidy. This service includes: - **Dusting** – We dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and baseboards. - **Vacuuming & Sweeping** – We vacuum carpets and rugs and sweep hardwood or tile floors. - **Mopping** – Floors are mopped to leave them sparkling and spotless. - **Kitchen Clean** – Wipe down countertops, sink, and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen. - **Bathroom Clean** – We sanitize sinks, toilets, mirrors, and tubs for a fresh, clean bathroom. Our basic cleaning package provides essential care for your home, ensuring it stays neat and inviting.


Cancellation Policy

**Basic Cleaning Service Terms & Conditions** 1. **Service Scope** Our Basic Cleaning Service includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, as outlined in the service description. Additional services beyond the basic cleaning (e.g., deep cleaning, carpet cleaning) may incur extra charges. 2. **Booking & Payment** Payment is required in full before or at the time of service. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. 3. **Cancellation & Rescheduling** Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. 4. **Access to Property** Clients must ensure the property is accessible at the time of service. This includes providing access to all areas that need cleaning. If the property is not accessible, the service will be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply. 5. **Service Limitations** The Basic Cleaning Service covers only the specified tasks in the description. It does not include deep cleaning, specialized cleaning, or tasks outside the standard scope. Any additional services requested will be billed separately. 6. **Client Responsibility** Clients are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items prior to the cleaning session. We are not responsible for any damage to personal items unless caused by our negligence. 7. **Satisfaction Guarantee** If you are unsatisfied with the results of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost, provided the concern is within the scope of the Basic Cleaning Service. 8. **Liability** We are not liable for any damages to the property, belongings, or items unless caused by our direct negligence. We recommend clients secure valuable or delicate items before the cleaning service. 9. **Termination of Service** We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the client fails to comply with these terms and conditions or if the property is deemed unsafe or unfit for cleaning. 10. **Changes to Terms** We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our cleaning services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
