**Post-Construction Cleaning Policy** 1. **Service Scope** Our Post-Construction Cleaning Service includes the removal of dust, debris, and construction residue from all surfaces, floors, and spaces affected by construction or renovation. This service ensures your space is safe, clean, and ready for occupancy. 2. **Service Details** The post-construction cleaning includes: - Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including windows, baseboards, and countertops. - Cleaning of floors, including vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors. - Removal of construction debris such as nails, screws, and other small materials. - Cleaning of bathroom fixtures, kitchens, and appliances. - Final touch-ups and detailed cleaning of light fixtures, doors, and frames. 3. **Scheduling** Post-construction cleaning services must be scheduled after all construction or renovation work is complete, and the space is free from ongoing construction activity. Clients must ensure the area is safe and accessible for cleaning. 4. **Property Access** Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible at the scheduled time. This includes removing any remaining large debris or construction equipment that could obstruct the cleaning process. 5. **Additional Services** Any additional services outside the standard post-construction cleaning, such as deep carpet cleaning or high-pressure washing, may incur extra charges. Please discuss any special requests with us when scheduling. 6. **Payment Terms** Full payment for post-construction cleaning services is required before the cleaning session begins. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other specified methods. A deposit may be required for large or complex projects. 7. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Cancellations or rescheduling of post-construction cleaning must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the service. 8. **Liability** We are not liable for any damages to the property, belongings, or items during post-construction cleaning, except in cases where damage is caused by our negligence. It is the client's responsibility to secure any valuable or fragile items prior to the cleaning. 9. **Service Guarantee** If you are unsatisfied with the post-construction cleaning results, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.
