Our Commercial Cleaning service ensures that your business always makes a great first impression while maintaining a clean and healthy space for employees and clients.


Cancellation Policy

**Commercial Cleaning Service Terms & Conditions** 1. **Service Scope** Our Commercial Cleaning Service includes cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, floors, common areas, and trash removal as outlined in the service description. Any additional services, such as deep cleaning, window washing, or carpet cleaning, will incur extra charges. 2. **Booking & Payment** Payment for commercial cleaning services is due upon receipt of the invoice, typically after the service is performed. Payment terms are 30 days unless otherwise specified in the contract. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or check. 3. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. 4. **Access to Property** Clients must ensure that the premises are accessible to our cleaning staff at the scheduled time. If access is restricted or unavailable, the cleaning will be rescheduled, and a rescheduling fee may apply. 5. **Service Limitations** Our commercial cleaning service is designed to maintain general cleanliness and tidiness. It does not cover specialized cleaning tasks like deep carpet cleaning, window washing, or high dusting unless specified in the agreement. 6. **Client Responsibility** Clients are responsible for securing any confidential or valuable items and ensuring the space is safe for cleaning. We are not liable for damages to personal property, office equipment, or other items unless caused by our negligence. 7. **Satisfaction Guarantee** If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address the concerns at no additional charge, provided the issue is within the scope of the cleaning agreement. 8. **Liability** We are not liable for any damages to property or belongings unless caused by our negligence. Clients are encouraged to ensure all fragile or sensitive items are secured or removed before cleaning. 9. **Termination of Service** Either party may terminate the commercial cleaning service with 30 days’ written notice. In the event of non-payment or failure to comply with these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services. 10. **Confidentiality** We respect your privacy and confidentiality.
